Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 31, 2026
These terms apply when you book or receive a service from Nalan Hair Braiding Studio, located at 7600 Denton Hwy, Unit 131, Watauga, TX 76148. By booking an appointment with us, online or by phone, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you book.
1. Booking your appointment
You can book online through our booking page or by calling (682) 466-7892. Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid. Please give accurate details when you book, including the style, size and length you want, so we can reserve the right amount of time for you.
2. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure every appointment. The deposit amount is shown when you book. Your deposit is applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Prices and payment
The prices on our website and booking page are starting prices. Your final price depends on the size, length and style you choose, and your stylist can confirm it before your service begins. The remaining balance, after your deposit, is due when your service is complete.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
To cancel or reschedule, call us at (682) 466-7892 or use the link in your booking confirmation.
5. Refund policy
Because braiding is a personal service that takes time and skill, we do not offer refunds on completed services, and deposits are non-refundable.
Your satisfaction still matters to us. If you notice a problem with your braids, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will look at the issue and fix it at no extra cost. Free fixes cover problems with our work, such as loose, uneven or unraveling braids. They do not cover normal wear over time.
To request a fix, call (682) 466-7892 or email [email protected] with your name, appointment date and a photo of the issue if possible.
6. Photos of your style
We may ask to photograph your finished style for our website and social media. We will only share photos of you with your permission, and you can ask us to remove a photo at any time.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you book. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.
